Does anyone know what the red line is for a 1978 stock 2F is? I just put in a tach and it seems like 3000 rpm is alot, is this right? What should it be at when idling? Also, I bought a new Bestop Supertop, does anyone know how to properly fold it down without wrecking the windows or taking the whole thing off? They didn't give me any instructions at all. :stupid:

I beleive the redline is 4000 RPM. Max HP was at 3600.
3000 to me seems like a lot when you're driving - never have
had it over 2800 is 14 years.
