Does anyone know of any on-line places for 2f engine rebuild kits. So far I found Green Bay Parts World, Harland was very helpful and they seem to be the best deal so far....

Search for Pacific Lifts (PacLift) They are a forklift company that sell rebuilds for F and 2F engines. (F/2F engines were used in Toyota forklifts). Search on this site, their contact info has been posted several times.

considering the same thing myself. i was just lookin thru some stuff on the LCML, and found this link abt paclift:

anybody else have any opinions/suggestions about goin this route versus paying some shop to do the total rebuild?

i'm not gonna lie, never rebuilt an engine. never even come close. is this a realistic undertaking for me?

I used PacLift! I had never rebuilt an engine before either (except for that lawnmower engine in 9th grade shop - 28 yrs ago!! ), but I know how to read and how to follow directons and to learn from mistakes and to ask questions!! My total cost was between $1000 and $1100 for the parts and machine work I had done! Best way to learn about your junk!! 8)

If you go with paclift, be aware that the valve guides on an industrial 2f are different than the guides on an automotive ap.
