285/65r18 vs 275/70r18 opinions (1 Viewer)

I upgraded to 275/70r18 on my 2013 LX570. I would have gone narrower if a similar height 255 or 265 section width had been available. Narrow tires (255/265/275) are superior to wide tires in aired down contact patch (orientation/size), weight, fuel economy, and fitment.

Same issue, not much selection in narrower sizes.

Minor update for me: got the truck aligned on Monday. 3 degrees of caster. Zero toe and camber. Had the wheel straightened too.
The drivers tire no longer rubs at all. Pleasantly surprised!
