As the title suggests, I'm torn between the 2 sizes. I've got a '21 LC200 HE with no mods/stock suspension configuration and am going to pull the trigger on some Toyo Open Country AT3's. Are there any implications with the wheels at full lock AND wheel articulation off road? Should I just get whatever of the 2 sizes is available because either one will be fine? I'm of course not looking to rub or potentially limit articulation under certain circumstances. I used the search function and couldn't find any clear cut answers to my likely trivial dilemma. Thanks in advance!

Long story short, some 285/65R18's rub on some people's 200 series minimally. If we're talking stock offset +60 mm, I think most of it is attributed to sizing variations between tire manufacturers largely.

Between the two sizes you are looking at maybe 1/4" in height variance and 1/2" overall width. The 285/65R18 size are sometimes substantially more expensive per tire than the 275/65R18's.
