24v Warn 12.000 INDUSTRIAL vs 24v Warn-8274

So.... which, would you choose, and why?...

to fit a HJ61, in a ARB bumper.

i like the line speed of the 8274, but hj61 is a heavy beast...
also, would a 12000 INDUSTRIAL fit the ARB bumper?...

i have both, sitting and waiting in my garage, but i can´t decide


what you guys think?..

the INDUSTRIAL version of the 12000 is very different from the "normal" version of the CE12000, which in comparrison, is cheaper, and comes whith cable, roller fairlead and hook.. the INDUSTRIAL has none of them, and coasts a couple hundred bucks more..

still, is anyone aware of the real "advantages" of the INDUSTRIAL version, over the "regular"?..

Does the industrial winch have the same bolt pattern and is it feet forward?

The Warn Industrial 12k has a 12"x1.25" mounting pattern. I guess between the two, the 8274 would be my choice, but a M12000 would give me more confidence.

i think the bolt pattern is not the same as the regular M-12000...
and it has 24 holes(double hole) so it can be mounted in any direction, i think...

so... do you think the M12000 would be a best choice over the industrial version, or are you refering to the M12000 as if it was "the" industrial 12000'..

also, why would you choose the 8274(which i also love)..?

i would thought that the industrial version would be a near indestructible beast...

and much faster under heavy loads than the 8274...
much slower spooling cable..

I do know that ARB also makes an "industrial bumper" version. I don't know if this means it'll mount the "Industrial Warn" or not, but IIRC it will mount the 8274.

yes, i think i've heard of that too... industrial vs commercial version of the bumper,
i'm pretty sure that the 8274 will fit, and also, the M12000...

the industrial 12000...not sure
