2025 Land Cruiser Intro/Build Thread (2 Viewers)

I will be updating this thread as the build progresses!

We recently acquired a 2025 Land Cruiser in Ice Cap White, Premium Package, Black Leather, 18" Wheels & Optional Roof Rack! It is joining the family of Toyota's which include a 2015 Tacoma TRD Pro and a 1978 FJ40 #Tiger40. Build plans are somewhat simple because it will be the new family vehicle as we are expecting our first in July.

Thank you! It is so simple and very easy to maintain compared to the darker color options.

What are your plans for it?

Small lift, wheels & tires to start. Then I will take apart the interior to properly sound deaden it, an arb dual air compressor, and lighting for offroading/camping.

Thank you! I did huge sound deadening job on my Tacoma and it had impressive results.

Did the first break-in oil change just before it hit 500 miles. Cut open the oil filter to check out the inside and make sure it was all good!

Moved the Toyotas around to clear up driveway space for a party on the side yard.

Thank you! We love it so far. The gas pedal takes some time to get used to (very touchy, but in a good way). The 4 cylinder noises sound odd coming from an suv, but it doesn't bother me too much.

First big road trip is in the books. Traveled up to Mammoth, CA from SoCal (10 hour round trip). The ride was nice and smooth. Nothing to dislike about it, except for the hwy mpg not even being close to the advertised 24mpg.
