2010 LX570 - weird owl-like repetitive humming sound when starting up cold (or even just in accessory mode)

My 2010 LX570 has a weird owl-like repetitive humming sound when in accessory mode. Sometimes it sounds like a hooting owl (especially when the car is cold). Has anyone ever experienced this? Any ideas on how I could troubleshoot and find the issue? Sounds like it's coming from under the driver's seat, but it's hard to tell. I tried to attach a video but it wouldn't let me attach a mp4 file.

Access to amp under driver's seat - 2013 LX

Trying to chase down a possible issue with water getting my amp wet. See thread HERE. I'm planning on pulling the driver's seat to get to the amp. Space is pretty limited where I'm at so I want to make sure I won't run into any surprises when doing this. My main question is, can I just tilt...

Yes, mine has done this since I bought it (but I wouldn't describe the noise as an owl necessarily). Pretty sure it's coming from under the driver's seat, but I haven't put much energy into finding the culprit.
