I have a 2001 LC I have owned for 9 years. Love it. Bought a 2006 for my daughter. It has a after market Android ceneter control. I hate it. Looking for an original center control (radio/AC/NAV). Will a Lexus LX470 unit be interchangable with my LC? Looking for any help in this department. Thank you
