Has the front wheels been balanced already? If you have a hydraulic jack lift up the front wheels and check for wheel bearing play. If you look those key words in YouTube it’ll give you a walkthrough on how to properly check it as well other components related to the suspension that may be related to the vibration you are experiencing. This will help you correctly diagnose the problem as well as if you decide to bring it to a mechanic you know if he is diagnosing it the same as well.
