Hi all..I picked up a 2005 the other day that has the dvd players in the back of the headrest. They probably were nice when they were new but now the headrests flop around on the frame..Can you get an insert to go in them anywhere? I drive long distances so I really need the head support. I have a 1999 that does'nt have the players and they are still like new..I would swap them but I'm selling it this weekend..Appreciate your help..

Did you ever find a solution to the falling head rest problem?

According the the manufacture of these DVD headrest. It's possible to pull DVD unit from headrest and tighten headrest from within.

I was told today by Invision that failed tilt ratcheting is not fixable. Do you have a link to any instructions? I tried taking the headrests apart but I was unable to access the ratchet without removing the foam/leather cover

The easiest solution that I found, was to chase down a set on eBay. Prices were all over the place, but with a little patience you can find the correct color for a reasonable price.

I spoke with them on phone and tech said; pull on tighten. It's been a few years. But as I recall, he said pull the screws out, and whole DVD unit comes out of headrest. Then to tighten up headrest. It was the type that LCD screen flip down and forward about 30 degrees. I never did do the job. As I found a set at a salvage yard and just replaced the headrest.
