2002 Tundra - ODB reader won’t connect (4 Viewers)

I have a CEL that I believe to be a recurring O2 sensor. When I try to clear it, the ODB reader won’t connect. It reads like it is processing for 30 seconds or so, then stalls and tells me it cannot connect to the vehicle. I’ve tried with vehicle “on” and with engine running. I’ve used this same reader on other vehicles and this same truck in the past. I checked it on my LC and it worked fine. Any thoughts?

OK, now that I have my fuse fixed, I am getting CEL and Code P0141 #10, O2 sensor heater, Circuit Bank 1, Sensor 2. I've replaced 02 sensors before, but I am running into some trouble making sure I identify the correct sensor (part #) and location. Anyone willing to help a doofus here? 2002 Tundra Ltd.
