Thanks for the info on the fogs.

Just ordered the 55w 5k kit for the lows. I am really looking forward to this mod!!!! Thanks for all the info guys!

great to hear - will you post pics of the cut-off against a wall at about 30 feet? It's probably fine, but I'm curious...

Will do..... Just need to find a good wall... I dont have a Garage or drive way.... city living.... Sigh... I will need to adjust my headlights too. My drivers side is horrible. So, I am going to do that and install these at the same time.

Yes it is.

Thank you sir!

I just ordered the 35w 9006 and H1 models.

I think I'll add the yellow fog lights a suggested by fish2live. Any leads on procuring??

the hella 4000s.

Are your IPFs up top or in the bumper?

I think the the top lights would be ok. The in-bumper fogs would not be deep enough.

I am going to go with the bright yellows in my IPF fog lights that are in the bumper.

They are ontop. Let me know how the Hella's go. I'm interested in replacing my IPF's with something larger. Thus reducing the 4 lights across the bumper

Idk if this would be straying from the subject, but are the brightest bulbs that I can get for the 100 series, I wna avoid having to modify the wiring in the hid setup

35W for PnP with no modifying, direct plug in. And 55W and a wiring harness for brightest.

Nick, let me know when your home. I'll swing by and check them out. They look good. I may do this now.

I am going to try and do my install today after work...

I have been using the kits from these guys for a couple years now with no issues on any of my customers vehicles.. Home

Website is not full up and functional as they have it under construction...kits are a little more expensive than most..but I am a firm beleiver in you get what you pay for...I know he also has thrown in the HID decoders for me at no charge as they are required for some of the newer vehicles.

I know he is also getting ready to release some HID offroad driving lights...I will let you know what they are like once i get a set in my hands.

I'll try and post some picks of the install.

what brand did you use before the HID's?

These, and they sucked. I had them for about 4 weeks and was pretty much worthless. I thought they were nice because they replaced 8 year old factory halogens. After night fell and a little bit of rain or fog rolled in it was like driving blind.

9006 for the low beams - yep :grinpimp:

H1 for the 4000's? :meh: I think you might use your Hella 4000's different than the way I use mine... I use them heavily for ON-ROAD driving and I have them hooked up to my HighBeams so they turn on/off with my HB's - thus, I don't want HID's since they aren't great for quick transitions off/on due to the fact they can take several seconds (some say 5-10 seconds???) to heat up and activate fully. HID in the 4000's would prabably be GREAT for mainly off-road driving where you're not flicking from HB>LB very often. I may change my strategy here, I'll have to see how I like the new HID low beams..

Putting H3's in my ARB Bumber Lights? Not sure it's really worth it and I think they won't fit since the light is pretty shallow. I use these bulbs and they do a good job, and I like the yellow.. :grinpimp:

Parking Garage Walls work GREAT - lots of those in the city!! :grinpimp:

If I do convert the IPF's to HID I'll only do the inner 2. Therefor I have 2 halogens for city driving. I may give those Nokya bulbs a try, any pictures of them?

Good call converting only 2, are you saying I need to get 2 more 4000's?? :grinpimp:

I'll try to get some pics tonight - in the Seattle rain...
