you want to know the thing that pissed me off. Is I just realized I had my camera on "auto", which means it toned the brightness down and now you don't really see how bright these are... but somehow it turned back on manual and here are some pictures of what it actually looks like.
this is why they weren't as bright!

Anything is better then stock. I drove Liams old truck for a weekend before he decided to flip it. I couldnt see anything.
On the ballast mounting, kind of leaving it up to the elements right there, should've tried to conceal it a little more.

I was going to put the ballast in the fender, but the kit came with no way to mount it other than a sticky pad. And there is no flat area large enough in the fender. At least none that the cable could extend out to to it. So I stuck it there for a few weeks until I can think of a way to fit it behind the fenders or in a safer location. Any pics of where yours are?
cut-off is about what I expected, pretty decent and plenty good enough... sure, they don't have a perfect cutoff like Honda S2000 HID's but for the price it's great!!!
Mine arent in the best location either. I wish I had spent a little more time installing them. my PS one is mounted next to the power steering res, and the DS one is mounted to the light housing itself.
Again, pull the corner light and there is waaaaaay than enough room in there and there is a harness hole on both sides all ready.
I would never use two sided tape as it will fail, it's just when.
mine came with a bracket that wrapped around them and I used a piece of foam under it to keep vibration to a min.
I also found out how to adjust them tonight, there are caps on the back like bottle caps that pop off and an 8mm adjust L to R and up and down. So I cranked drivers to the left and pass up a tad. All done against the shop garage door tonight
So.... I ordered a kit back on Feb. 9th. I still haven't received anything. I tried contacting them but have not heard anything back yet. Is any one else still waiting? How long did it take you guys that got you kit?

Just saw this on there homepage. Not sure what kit you have but you may be one of these customers on backorder. I got the 55W kit and there was no delay. Better yet, this is from there order status page. Does your order # fall under these?

My order arrived on monday. It took 10 days to arrive. The were fro 35w ballast for the headlights and hellas.
I ordered the Raptor 55w kit several weeks ago (my cc was charged February 17) (incl. wiring harness) and I kept calling with no response. They have a pathetic phone system that will make you keep pushing buttons every 30 seconds or you have to leave a message (which no one called me back). Finally, I called their sales and the guy was very nice and told me they just received a new container but was held up in customs. He hoped to have all orders shipped out next week. I thanked him but also let him know some form of communication would have been nice, as I received nothing (not even an email confirmation). Hopefully next week

I'm interested in how the hellas will turn out. Still have to order the 55W for the IPF's. Maybe in a few weeks. I have enough light now days anyway
Unfortunately both of my ddm slim ballast went out. And its been 2 weeks since I sent them back so I assume that I will have to wait till the backorder is over.
