So my wife who has been a pain in my ass finally got her a blue 100 for a daily driver. Bought it off a fellow cruiser guy. It’s a good rig and I’m not just trying to flip it. I have had it detailed and she has been driving it happy as can be until we went to Alabama this weekend. There she spotted a desert bronze 99 mint one. We stopped the old guy and asked if he wanted to sell. After a 3 day negotiation we finally bought it. After her driving it home this weekend she decided that she likes the bronze better than the blue. We aren’t keeping both. So the blue one is up for sale. We have only had it for a few weeks. The title from Montana still hasn’t come in the mail yet. All that said here is the details:

I am the 3rd owner. Runs and drives great with no issues or lights. Has 276,xxx miles on it. Timing belt done approx 40k ago. Folder of receipts. Has a dent in front driver fender. Minor but it’s there. The sunroof doesn’t open. Has some rust starting under the running board rear fender well. That’s all the bad. The rest is nothing but good. No wrecks, clean and shiny, drives awesome. Nothing to hide and feel free to come by and drive it. Located in Glasgow KY. I have it posted for $12,500 but I have some wiggle room. If you like I can provide previous owner info if you would like to chat with him. He only sold because he bought a lower mileage newer lx470. No trades
Yes it is the super hard to find blue one. It is pretty!

They all need gas. My wife goes out and drives one. If it’s low on gas she will drive 20 miles home to swap vehicles. Drives me bonkers.

The fact that your wife would choose the less popular gold color over the blue says it all! I would say good luck with the sale but sounds like you need good luck with maintaining your patience. Don't tell my wife or yours I said that.

I think it is the copper color not gold

I think the name is desert bronze. It looks copper to me. It’s not the “gold” one but yes she drives me nuts more often than not. I do love her, I’m no saint!
