Installed some front strut spacers and a set of 275-70-18 BFG TA/KO2 yesterday

Totally changed the look of it.

This rivnut kicked my butt, but I got it in.

Then got the slider on.

Just need to trim the running board and tighten everything down.

Parts to fix my F-up should be here this week, so hopefully by the end of next weekend the LX will be back on the road.

UnFawked the LX today. Man pushing that button almost made me vomit.

Old rad wasn't the worst, but it's definitely trash.

I love new parts, just hate the reason.

I didnt realize it came with a cap so I got one. Interesting the one on top came with rad, bottom one is the ordered one. Wonder why they are stickered different.

I triple checked every nut, bolt and clamp. Fan bolts are definitely on and tight this time.

Fired up and ran like nothing ever happened. Found the radiator only had the top 2 bolts installed when I was pulling it.

The more I study this truck, I feel like it's been fiddled with before.

Anyway, that done, trimmed the DS running board and edge trimmed it like the other side.

And tightened everything down to finish up the slider install.

So all I have left is to get things to temp and top off the coolant and trans fluid. Not how I would have planned it, but cooling system should be all set for at least another 100k.
