Hey all, I've tried pulling up coolant and oil line diagrams but cannot figure out what this leaking line is down near the oil filter. Can someone assist?

That line is for the power steering. Are you sure the leak isn't coming from above that? At least one user here has had to replace that line from a legitimate PS fluid leak at one of the crimps, but many more of us have slow oil leaks from the top outer edges of the front timing chain cover that end up all over that line.

Mine started sweating there, then it gave away started leaving a puddle. Steering rack was bad.

I hate the new steering rack (OEM) - its super hard to turn, unlike my great 08 that was nice and smooth and soft

I'm not seeing a leak anywhere else looking from the engine bay and from below. It also looks like there is some spray taking place to the right of the line on my last photo.

Looks like a weep coming from the high-pressure power steering line. I delt with this a couple years back. It developed slowly and I replaced it at my convenience and just monitored the fluid level. The residue you see on the rack is more then likely power steering fluid from the line being blown back by the cooling fan. Or could be a different fluid as these 5.7's love to weep, seep, leak as they age. The part is expensive from the dealer.
With the upcoming 25% toyota parts sale about to happen it's a good time to pick up the part for $300 instead of what the local dealer charges, north of $600, yikes!

Thank you all. I did get a low oil alert on my dash a week ago and did confirm I was low so I added. Anyone think this is related potentially?

Pretty low odds you’d be down multiple quarts from a leak and not see it all over the ground.

If you have over 100k miles and haven’t replaced the PCV valve that’s a reasonable place to start for oil consumption. The factory part is really cheap and easy to change.
