In it's defense, it does have a big expensive bumper and it say "new" ATs, so saving plenty a prospective buyer $4k right off the top (those being popular mods). Of course, those 20's don't' really look at home on a LC.

Sounds like a „normal“ price for me here in Germany. But ok there are maybe max around 35-40 of these here. Even my totaly ****ed 08 with 305k kilometers (but technically everything fine) is able to make around 20-25k€ (23-28k$).
Its a LC 200 and like the 79 & 78 the miles don’t reduce the price like on other cars

Seems like an OK deal to me, depending on how the underside looks for rust, etc and if the carfax is clean with no wrecks. It's a nice color and has some useful mods done. It would be nice if it had any maintenance records with it.
