2.5” Lift with Bilstein Shocks (1 Viewer)

Anyone know if bilstein 4600 shocks work with OME 850 springs on the front and 860 springs on the back? I currently have 851’s on the front and 862’s on the rear with these coils but want to upgrade to bigger coils to get more lift. Hoping I can use the same shocks.

I netted 1.5 inches up front and 2.5 inches out back when I refreshed my rig with Dobinson’s progressive lift. I am still using the factory shocks with no ill effects. I realize that’s not your question but my experience says ok but close to the range of the shocks.
