Does anyone have a 2.0 kW starter laying around that they can pull the armature out of? My starter sounds like one of the bearings is going bad, kind of the zzziiiiinnnggg sound of a dry wheel bearing in your hand. At any rate IIRC they are sealed units and I'm looking for the P/N of the bearing, probably an NSK or Koyo unit. The P/Ns are generally four digits with letters as a suffix. An example is the A/C tension pulley bearing NSK 6301DU2. 6301 is the size and the suffix has to do with sealed on both sides and so on. Thanks much.
