Was there ever a factory option for a heated front windshield? I have a small crack and need to replace it anyway but was interested to see if there was one or an aftermarket set up that I'm not seeing. I know newer Tundra's have them as an option from factory because my dad's has it. Just wonder how far back that goes. My Defender is also a 97' and has one but I think they were on the newer defenders and this was retrofitted. I'm sure it would probably be an EU part only. Got a trip to Alaska around the corner and it sure would be nice to have. I'd like to try and procure any factory cold weather package items I can get my hands on whether I actually need it or not. I'm a parts hoarder......I need help.....

Nope just your defroster. All 80 front glass is NLA and gonzo. After market glass, oem rubber is your best best. Follow your FSM for install.
