haha no indefinably is not a word but sh*t happens when I start typing that I cannot explain....

and no I work for Infiniti of BR. Need to get in with my dad though. anyone want to put in a good word

I need volunteers for a couple things

Here is a start......

To be there to help set up
to be there to help with garbage after
I need someone to pick up crawfish
I need help washing the crawfish
I need someone to head up some outdoor games for the kids
I need help with cooking the burgers and dogs for those not eating crawfish
someone to get paper plates, paper towels ect

There is going to be allot of to stuff to round up, set up and cleanup and I dont think I can handle all of this stuff. I need two or three people to volunteer to head this stuff up and help. I want to have fun just as you guys and I want this to go off with out a hitch. This really needs to be fun for the families and not a beer drinking and crawfish cook-off. The women and kids need to have a fun time or it will be near impossible to get them back next year. So if I can get a couple people I can count on for some of this stuff that would be great. You will of course be able to gather up more help at the boil.

I would be happy to get paper products. Give me an idea of what and how much and I will head to Sam's. I will check back with Trey next week to find out if an what Abita is going to provide. I don't want to rush them but I realize we have got to start getting our ducks in a row. I would like to be able to offer more but right now I can't commit to any extra time. As the date gets nearer I will be able to better gauge where I will be with moving and if my wife and kids plan on riding with me or if they will be separate so I don't have to bug out when she gives me the signal. As far as crawfish are concerned I'm more of an eater than a boiler. Sad but true. I guess we all have our parts to play.

Guy I really appreciate the help. I think it best to the guys that want to help to just speak up. For example if there are a couple interested in burgers great. A couple on getting some stuff for the kids to do great. I just dont want to have a bunch of ladies and kids sitting around waiting on us to cook or set stuff up for them. So if we have these key people in place it should run smoothly and be fun for all. If everyone does a little then allot will get done. I really appreciate the help and look forward to drinking some brews and eat the dads.

Thanks Mike and no worries. I have you in charge of clean up and garbage. Remember you said today you would head out there and meet with them about the dumpster and where to dump the dads. I signed you up so........who wants to work with Mike on cleanup!
