1KD-FTV swap into a 90

Hi,

I saw this lovely 90 Prado 1999 with a 1KZ-TE blown engine and MT in it. I'm thinking of buying the car and swap in a 1KD-FTV. I'm concerned about the following:

*electrical harness and compatibility of gauges
*any ratio problems
*trannies compatibility


My other option is a 3L or 5L or just rebuild the 1KZ and open for other
What if I found a 1KD-FTV with a an Auto transmission doable or not?
