1HZ and 1FZ bolt pattern

Been asked by a gent from Oz if the he can bolt upa H55 to a 1FZ-FE that originally had a 2f behind it using a 1HZ bell housing?

he had which, a 2F mounted behind the 1FZ-FE or he had the 2F mounted behind the H55? either way something was really wrong...

BTW, i don't know the answer...
but assuming that the 1HZ bell housing mounts to the 1FZ-FE then that would be one hurdle covered, now which H55 is he running? a H55 mounted behind a 1HZ? then the imput shaft would be the right length but if he is running one from a 2F (which i am assuming you mean) then the imput shaft will be too short. will a 2F bell housing bolt up to the 1FZ-FE? if so then that would be the best bet...

He had a 2F mounted to a H55, now he wants to bolt up a 1FZ-FE to the H55 and he was told the 1HZ bell housing would make this happen.

Looking for confirmation, sounds like it will not work.

i can not see it happenig with the HZ bell housing unless i am really missing something here...

The 1HZ bell won't bolt up to a 1FZFE. Unfortunately there are no factory bellhousings that will let you do that. The 1FZ was meant to be run with the H151.
