Hmmm, hard to see from your video.
The terminals in the starter look pitted. May be enough erosion to be problematic.
My 24 volt starter was a lot worse when it failed though. The two terminals inside the starter were almost worn through on mine. So not sure
Bench testing puts no load on the starter.
IME, they can bench test ok, but fail under load.
While you have it out, replace the plunger and terminals. $40 bucks worth of parts plus shipping. You've done the hard part in pulling it out. Even if it's not your problem, fresh plunger and terminals is a good idea.
low current from batteries can also cause the clicking. But if both batteries are showing 12 volts plus while under load, you should be good.
