Parts diargram doesn’t show an 0-ring where i circled in red on the parts diagram but my injectors have a small o-ring there. Anyone have any ideas on the part number for this o-ring?

perhaps FT's have something unique. I have not seen these O-Rings on any HD-T injectors. the lines/injector meet and seal via JIS AN type fittings where no rubber O-Rings are necessary. the fittings also seal internally as opposed to an external rubber O-Ring(they would likely be massively inadequate for I.P. pressures)
the only washers/seals/o-rings that I'm aware of are such;
injector base washer (brass/bronze material) 11176-17020 X6
injector stem o-ring (strictly for dirt and debris) 96721-24015 X6
last but not least,
split rail washer(s) return line 90201-08106 X12 (top and bottom)

What you need are the following to remove and reinstall the injectors:
90904-30006: 6
23681-17010: 6
11176-27011: 6
96721-24015: 6
90430-13002: 1
In OGBeno we trust...looks like I had ordered the wrong parts. Glad you caught this.
Edit: so the injector nozzle holders can't be re-used? My diesel injector shop acted like they could be...
