From a running 96 with a ticking noise.
GOOD OIL PRESSURE, NO OVRRHEATING, STRONG RUNNING.
Cylinder head not available. All other external and internal parts are available including oil pans, crank pulley. Harness, complete exhaust with cats and muffler, alternator. Startet. Oil cooler. Front cover plate, valve cover, fan, crankshaft, head bolts, distributor, ear, injection, intake and exhaust manifolds, sensors, ETC.,ETC,

You are correct! That is a short block. $400, all external parts have been removed. Strong running engine, no overheating. Make your own shipping arrangements and I will pallet it and take it to a local shipper in the Los Angeles Area.

Removed are intake and exhaust manifolds, distributor, oil pans, alternator, steering pump, air conditioning compressor, idler pulley, fuel pump, timing chain, fan. oil cooler

Crankshaft pulley and bolt are off but can be included and also timing gear cover with oil pump can be included.
