1fz rebuild

hi there guys i recently purchased a 1fz-f carb 4.5 engine and was hoping you guys could help me with where i can buy like a full engine overhual kit? the engine doesnt need a rebuild yet but its always nice to have spares

Call Onur (Beno), HE has been helping me with a 4.6L rebuild on my 95. I am waiting for parts but they guy is willing to bend over backwards for you.

Kinda, yes and no.

Bottom end stuff is the same actually (checked on this engine yesterday).

Top end stuff is kinda the same, but *a lot* different.

If you're in the US, I'll do you a favor, in the sprit of Cruiser karma and take that POS 1FZ off your hands, right now.

You can put the proceeds towards any number of 1FZ-FEs on the market right now, and be time and money ahead by transplanting a runner.
