Selling my 1998 100 series. I’m the 2nd owner. I bought it from a friend who’s dad had bought it new. He passed away and I bought it shortly after in Aug 2012. It has always been in Oregon and has no rust anywhere. Much of its life was spent as a family truckster shuttling the PO’s family back and forth to central Oregon. It had 147k miles when I bought it, was in stock form, and in great shape. It was clear that it had been routinely maintained but the family wasn’t sure who Jack (the owner) had used for a mechanic (wasn't the dealership). So I don’t have any records of maintenance records prior to buying it. As a result I couldn’t clearly determine if the timing belt/water pump had been done or not, so I had it done at the dealership at 148k. The truck also came with only the valet key and two broken key fobs with no security chips. Apparently he wasn’t aware that the chips were needed. So I had to spend $600 to have 2 new keys programmed. All of the other work and upgrades are listed below. The truck has no known mechanical issues, and no leaks, and everything works as it should. This summer we took the truck on a 10 day 3k mile road trip to hit 100’s In The Hills with zero issues. I currently have seat covers on it to try and keep the seats from getting worse but the wear is pretty average. I will post more interior pics this weekend with the seat covers off, and get pics of the drawers and back seat.

Obviously with all of the recent upgrades listed below I was not intending on selling anytime soon, but life can be a M’er F’er sometimes and my financial priorities have changed. So after weeks of procrastination here it is:

Other things to note:
- Trim, mirrors, wheels, and rear bumper are all currently plasti-dipped. Could be easily removed if the Storm Trooper look isn’t your thing.
- Third row seats are included and are in excellent condition

I like the storm trooper look! Sorry to hear she has to go as it appears you've put some time and money into this bad boy. Good luck with your sale!

GLWS!
do you have a build thread on here somewhere? In addition to answering some of my questions on upgrades, it might help with the sale.

Sending PM now.

Sorry for the delayed responses. Just got home from work travel. Sale is currently pending. I'll update as things progress. Unfortunately I don't have a build thread. I'm stoked about all the interest though. I really wanted to keep it in the community.
