The truck has 155k miles on it. The bodywork was done to make it look good from 20ft. It was a professional paint job, but due to cost if was not jammed etc. The truck was green before and you can see it when you open the doors etc. There is also a spot on the hood on the driver A-pillar that is not perfect and on close inspection you can see it was repaired.

On the UA I dented the driver side rear quarter panel pretty bad. The glass did not break but it is a decent sized dent. There is also a baseball size dent on the PS front fender and just behind the passenger rear door. I will send some pics of the bad spots.

The rest of the work on the truck was done by us and it was done very well. We have 120 hours in the solid axle swap alone. This will be a good daily driver on 37's (unless you are a banker and have to pick up fancy clients) but will allow you to do hard core wheeling. You can take this on the Rubicon and not worry about the body. The body can be fixed, but I did not want to spend the money on it.

The front axle setup alone is $5k and the truck comes with a spare set of front inner axles ($550 to have those made). I did not want to be without them on the UA so I had them made. Since they are custom made specifically for that truck. The rest of the front end parts are all Toyota, but they were upgraded where needed.

Specs.

Marks 3:1 low range gears in transfercase.

5.29 gears with new ARB's front and rear.

SAS with Diamond housing using 80 series rear diff and 80 series front knuckles. Custom chromeoly axle shafts and Newfield Heavy duty birfields.

Our 6" lift components as needed.

Rear axle shafts were converted to 6 lug, so the truck runs stock 80 series wheels.

Hi-steer using our arm setup and hydraulic assist using a PSC pump and ram.

No ABS due to hi-steer

Custom front bumper - New M12k winch with 3/8" MasterPull rope. Wired with interior winch controls.

Slee sliders and rear bumper.

The front and rear wheelwells were opened up to accomodate bigger tires.

Interior cage that fits behind the dash. Covers front and rear seats.

Uniden CB with Wilson antenna

Yeasu FTR8800 2m/70cm radio with roof mounted antenna.

Custom belly pan

African Outback touring drawer in the rear.

Heavy duty rear control arms.

Double Cardan front shaft.

Adjustable front and rear panhards.

Two new Yellow top Optima batteries connected in parallel. No managment system, but there is an interior fuse box and outlets in the rear that is always hot (for a fridge). To make this a complete dual battery system one would just have to add the isolation.

Factory seats (heated) and factory stereo. The interior is factory tan and in good shape considering the 150k miles. The only think that might need to be recovered is the steering wheel.

The roll cage was designed not to limit headroom. Ben is 6' something and he still fits in it fine. We drove the truck to Moab and wheeled it and then we took it on UA.

what lucky soul got it? they on mud?

X2 but if they want to remain anonymous, I'd just like to know what region of the country it is in so I could keep an eye out for it. I never got a chance to see it in person. Whoever it is, they are one lucky person. I loved that thing from the day I layed eyes on it.
 
Wow a Slee'd Rav4. That would be cool. I suspect that there might be a lot of market potential there for products too. Cant wait. Where might you be posting the work up?
