Call him if you are serious. Only way I ever got anything out of him. He seemed very unmotivated to sell, but once you got him talking he was mostly helpful.

If it is, he isn't very good at it. I asked for a couple of minor things (that he never bothered supplying), offered to pay his asking price as long as he would work with my on shipping it.

Seemed like a good deal, but who knows. At this point, I wouldn't buy it until I put hands on it.
