1997 Land Cruiser Interior Door Trim

I have one piece on my interior driver door trim that I'd like to replace. Is it possible to just replace one piece (see picture) or do you have to replace the entire door panel? If it is possible to just replace that part alone does anyone have a part number (I cannot find it)?

Have to replace the entire panel. They are not separate. This is a better question for the 80 series forum. Just FYI.
