I am selling my 1997 FZJ80. Triple locked. It is not a mall crawler. It has been in the desert out in AZ and the woods in upstate NY, and PA.
The wheels and tires are literally brand new. With under 200 miles, tires barely broken in. I purchased in Arizona from a friend. I love this rig, but it needs some work and I am wanting to build another rig in the meantime, while I look for a cleaner, 80. I have my eyes on one actually, so hopefully I can grab it.

Lift: Dobinson 4" Flexi Coils with 20mm and 30mm spacers. Sitting at approx 5" of lift.
Shocks: Icon shocks fit for 4-6" of lift .
Wheels: 17" Icon Vector 6
Tires: 37x12.50r17 Ironman MT
-Aftermarket Kenwood double din with navigation and a sound system. (800 watt Sub box and 600 watt amp)
-Extended brake lines, of course.
-Ironman adjustable front and rear panhard bars.
The body is alright. There is some rot in the corners, and one fender has some rot behind the fender flare. It originally came from Michigan. There are scratches from off roading and some dents. The roof rack is missing and I have not repaired the holes yet.
The frame is good. It was originally undercoated, and I sanded and coated it again to the best of my ability, There is no rot on the frame. Mechanically, the head gasket was done by the previous owner, as well as some other things as to which I am forgetting. It's got somewhere under 300k. It leaks some oil which I beleive is the front main seal. The heat and a/c work fine. The rear heat has been bypassed. I have not done much mechanical work on it, as I havent ever had an issue, besides a fusible link, which was fixed.
It has some other little minor things such as flickering interior lights here and there, the oil leak I mentioned. As well as needing an alignment. Seat motors not working well etc. There are no sway bars, and I do not have them. I just did a round trip 6 hrs upstate, and it did excellent.
Not in a desperate rush to sell, however I would like to get started on a different build I had in mind.
Photos, here is what I have, but I can get more upon request. Will be getting undercarriage/frame and interior photos on Tuesday, or tomorrow evening,

Price is: $10,500 with a different set of wheels and tires, or $11,500 with the 37"s plus spare.
