It can be financed as a personal line of credit with your bank. I also had a good experience with Capital One financing a Cruiser for above its book value. All they wanted was for me to show them similar vehicles selling in the price range I was paying. I linked them to TLC 4x4 and they approved the loan.

Interesting! I'll check them out for sure then. My bank wouldn't touch it with a 10 foot pole! LOL

Bump with a dumb question:

What do you get for MPG on the highway? Do i even want to know!

10-12 mpg. I got 11 mpg going to and from the Cruiser Crawl. That's 70-80 mph, fully loaded (the truck, not me). Clearly slowing down would help as would removing the roof rack.

Anyone know what the super charger by itself costs in MPG?

Should be no change. If you drive with a heavy foot, your MPG will obviously be affected, but my truck and everyone else I know of that have installed reported anywhere from 10-14 before and after.

A few have reported better mileage after install, most likely due to a tune up with install.

I think what you hang off your truck is what effects mileage.

Fact.

My ARB Rack cost me 2.5-4 MPGs, depending on winds...

New owner can nearly complete the illusion with some two-tone seat leathers from the vendor section....

Stalled at 10K, but it's gotta pick back up.

Still willing to trade... lmk. ;)

Yeah, it's boring the hell out of me.

Trade you for a truckload of tamales. Dry.

Bump TTT

Todd,

Thought about parting the goodies and selling the truck stock...well, stock with a snorkel?

Yes, that's a possibility. I'm pretty close to a deal now though. Of course pretty close and deal tend to be miles apart. ;)

I've heard a good deal of concern about shipping costs for this vehicle. Apparently the eBay shipping estimator indicated $2,500 to the west coast. This is way high. I shipped my Tacoma from California to North Carolina for $700. And I have the trucker's name and number which would save the brokerage fee that I paid.

I can also deliver this truck to Texas in mid-March, or anywhere in between North Carolina and Texas, on either the northern (Knoxville -- Nashville -- Memphis -- Little Rock -- Dallas) or southern route (Atlanta -- Birmingham -- Jackson -- Shreveport -- Dallas). And if delivered to Katemcy, you'd get to wheel it at the Roundup.

Or, I have some air miles expiring in February so could deliver within reason for fuel costs and then fly home.

Yeah, the ebay shipping estimator and service is notoriously high. Although shipping your cruiser would likely be more than to ship a tacoma because of the hieght it shouldn't be more than around $1200. to the west coast.

Hieght factors in when the vehicle itself causes the overall hieght of a car carrier trailer to exceed the 14' usual max, and when the vehicle is too high to get into the lower tier on a carrier trailer.

Too bad they won't take it without wheels.

My guy has a dually with a goose neck 3 car trailer. I think he makes his own rules (and prices if you call him direct). Nice thing about his small operation was that it only took four days to get my truck from California. None of the stop and drop off/pick up delays.
