OK here goes , I am selling my beloved baby "start the "
Back in January I had the 90k mile service preformed which is a major PM service. I also had the 4x4 services done as well. If you are not familiar with all that is replaced or inspected with the service just ask. I don't drive it very often, it is not a daily driver. As you can see by the photos I like to keep it in showroom condition.
It is just about completely stock except I took off the running boards which i still have. I replaced the stock tires with some 315's because I was planning on taking it to slee for a lift. I have the stock tires still too. The rims were chromed by lexus in 97 but they look great still.
She has never been damaged or nothing has ever broken on her. She runs looks and drives absolutely perfect. Everything works as it should, I have the 6 CD changer and the alarm\keyless remote as well. I have a carfax if you're interested from the purchase from the original owner.

When I saw that you were planning to take it to Slee and that your location is the "foothills" I got excited and thought you were in Colorado. Then, when I looked at the photos I saw Cali plates. So, just to clarify, are you in California or Colorado?

The rig looks sweet. I'm vaguely in the market for something like that. Need an expedition rig and the FJ Cruiser is too small for 4 peeps and 2 dogs.

My impression from reading the description was that you're the 2nd owner? True? How long have you had it?

Yes I am in southern California. Yes I am the second owner. I bought it in 06' after searching for quite a while. I only wanted a 1 owner with low miles and it had to be in mint condition. I finally found one that way only 94k on the odom and it was driven by an older lady (to the mall most likely) all of it first 9 yrs of life. unfortunatley It didnt have lockers but I was not willing to let this one get away. I put around 5k miles on last year and this year I have only put 3k miles or so to date. Cheers

Well, darn! That's such a sweet ride I'd love to come take a look, but Southern California is tooooo far! Good luck with the sell -- I bet it will go pretty fast.

Erik, sorry you have to sell your baby. I was wondering what had happened with you. You kinda went underground after one wheelin' trip.

Maybe you should consider posting on SoCal80's. Maybe you can find someone local. In either case good luck and hope to meet up and wheel with you again some time.
