Hello, I am looking for the A/C Amplifier.
It sits above the gas pedal on the drivers side under the dash.

It should be labeled: 88650-60212
but could possibly be 88650-60211 or 88650-60210.

This is what it looks like (for reference).

If this is available, please open it up and check for corrosion or rust.

Considering the amount of work required to replace the heater core, i would not recommend installing a 23 year old unit..
