Dealer 1996 LC with lockers, no affiliation

Hello,

I've been searching for a cruiser for a while. I came across this one. I have no affiliation with it, but it looked like a decent deal.

I'd go look at it, but I'm a 5 hour drive away and I'm a bit scared of the undercarriage picture. It seems to have a bit more rust than I'd like.
