Headgasket replaced 1000 miles ago.
Replaced front seat leather with Shane's and new foam on driver side.
SOR tough duck seat covers since leather was redone.
Added seat heaters in the front.
Good tires, maintenance history, very clean.

well that only thickens the plot. so his dad bought it and lived in north dakota then according to carfax. or andrew bought it from his dad and never properly registered it as his.

If it has a CO issued clean title then it is. Good luck changing a carfax report. I say because of the mileage and from what the photos show, its a 12-14K price range LC80. Obviously all depends on how long you are prepared to wait. You need to post more photos of the underside to make folks comfortable that there is no frame damage or rust issues. Good luck with the sale.
