I have a 1995 US spec 80
I saw on some posts about adding a supercharger it looked like the throttle body had water lines going to it .

My question is it heated from the water in a stoc k truck with out any mods?

If it is I dont think I will need it heated in Cambodia where it allmost never get bolow 70'
So if it is can I put a valve to turn it off ?

Thanks
Brian

I would think that if you had a hose connected to the little nipple on top of the radiator, it has a heated throttle body... The nipple that is easily broken off...

The small hose in the top tank is not directly related to the throttle body water supply.

The throttle body is heated by engine coolant. This is done to aid warmup and to prevent icing. I believe all 1FZFE engines have heated throttle bodies regardless of destination climate.
