I bought this truck in December from a Mercedes Benz dealer in NC. At that time the truck had 32K miles, since then I have replaced the gold emblems with new OEM silver ones, WeatherTech mats through out, painted the center wheel caps, new Toyota windshield wipers, and installed Pfran's LED interior lights. Other than that, I have just driven and enjoyed it. I do feel a little guilty about putting miles on it as a daily driver and don't want to rack up the miles on it. The main reason I am selling the truck is my wife is taking a new job that comes with a company car and I am going to start driving her 2012 Jetta.
Not much to describe about this truck since it is totally stock. I have all service history, two sets of original keys with fobs, original floor mats, window sticker. According to service history it has only had two sets of tires put on. This truck still smells new when you first open the door in the morning. The exterior has one door ding, one scratch on front fender flare and the driver rear flare is scuffed and has a small dent below the tail light. All of this was done before I bought the truck and I have not fixed it yet. The interior is cleaner than any 80 series that I have ever seen, kinda what you would expect for a 30,000 mile truck. Asking $18K. Would also consider a trade of a 60 series plus cash, but not ruling anything else out.
This truck would be a very dependable daily driver or a totally blank canvas for an expedition style rig. This is the closest you are going to get to a brand new 80 series.
