Hi all, I'm manual swapping my 1994 KZN130 1kzte Hilux surf. Currently stuck on dropping the auto box out. Have pretty much everything done except for the torque converter/ flex plate bolts. I'm told there's supposed to be a access window in the bottom of the bellhousing. I have some foam there covering that up so I ripped it out, but it looks like the only way to get the access plate off is to undo half the bellhousing bolts and remove what looks like structural support connecting the engine and trans. Do I have to do that and support the engine and trans on jacks? Can I just send it and Rio the transmission out with the torque converter still bolted to the flex plate? I can't find anything online.
Thanks
