I do not know the outcome of the issue, but there is a garage in Alexandria that is good with Land Cruisers and does great getting parts and quickly. The manager is an 80 Land Cruiser owner (LX450) and they are thorough. Let me know if you're interested. They could go through the whole thing, identify and prioritize what else needs to be done.
