Nice rig. I'll bet that works very well. I added an intercooler to that setup on my tow rig recently. It was under $500 in parts and a couple weekends of work.

stock rims, stock transmission, TC, axles. Center Diff Lock, manual locking front hubs to allow 2x4 and 4x4.

Can you PM me some contact info, I would like to know how/why the stock Toyota trans was used? What kit was used on the front axle, for the manual hubs? Why is it hard to start when cold? Was the glow plugs/relay checked?
