No it does not have a dump body but would be easy conversion.
Pictures tell it all, always serviced on time, owned for 7+ years.

Which engine did this have? 14B or 15B? I'm assuming it has the H55 but I am not too familiar with these..

B engine. 3.0L non-turbo. 5 bearing cam new generation.
M150/M151 Transmission. PTO.
Adding a turbo would be easy with any B turbo manifold. Truck doesn't need it, very low geared (you start in 2'nd gear even fully loaded). First gear I can get out and crawl faster...torque monster. 5.125 Rear axle ratio.
Leaf sprung front and rear. 24V
