Is this legit? I haven't been involved in anything like this one.

If it is, I would presume that parts would be highly unavailable. Right?

I can’t comment on the legitimacy of the actual vehicle but parts are pretty plentiful for 70 Series rigs. It would be more desirable if it had the 1HZ imho.

1990 is 28 years old so it’s legal to import. I know nothing about the truck or seller. As long as a vehicle is 25 years old or older you can legally import it into USA. Search “25 year rule”
