She's done. We ended up taking this one the extra mile. This '89 FJ62 was an original paint, no accident beauty before she was taken down. We gutted her to the tub; doors, hood and the hatch taken off for paint. She was painted in Dupont base/clear to the inside of the jambs. The original carpet found itself a new home in the dumpster and was replaced with a complete carpet interior. The original seats were taken down and blasted and refinished and new SOR vinyl seat covers installed. New visors are on the way. The original headliner is in great condition. The original door panels are nice but not perfect. All of the windows, locks, mirrors work. I do have a new OEM electric antenna on order and will be installed before delivery.

The exterior was in exceptional original condition, however, a little sun baked but no rust to speak of. The paint is absolutely beautiful and not your typical amateur paint job. The Gobi roof rack is awesome for packing the family gear, the rear tire/jerry can carrier rack works awesome and was just refinished in semi gloss powder coat. The new ARB rock sliders tie the rear carrier and new ARB grill guard together as well.

The suspension and drive train are solid. It's riding on a new OME 2.5" suspension lift with new 15" Mickey Thompson Classic Baja Lock wheels in matte black. The 5th wheel for the spare is on its way and will be installed within a week or so. The wheels are wrapped in new 33x10.50x15 BFG KO2 tires.

This truck is absolutely gorgeous. For quickest response please call or text me. My name is Heather 307-752-6033. The truck is located in Sheridan, WY. $35,500. Serious inquiries only please.

What did you do to fix the rear bumper from when it looked like this?
Did it get pulled on or did something hit it?

There wasn’t anything wrong w it. The pin wasn’t in the back left when those pics were taken.

I built that bumper, 5-6 years ago. The spindle is clearly bent in the second set of photos. That spindle should be perpendicular to the top bar, both across the back and along the side. If the truck is sitting level that spindle should be plumb. Took more than a latch to straighten that up.

The spindle is wrapped in blue tape in this photo

Maybe I am priced too low.....86 brown cruiser on this site for $37K but has winch, camper drawer system w/ ARB fridge freezer and oh yes a 5.3 Vortec conversion with 4 speed auto and much more....I would love to see this one though, It looks gorgeous!!
