Hi all,

I've made the decision to let my FJ60 go. It's been a very reliable and solid platform. I bought it in August of 2016 in Carbondale, CO. From what I've researched it was sold new CO and stayed there until I bought it and moved it to TX. The 60 was in okay shape when I bought it, but it needed work. In the time I have owned it I have gone through all the mechanical components and replaced or rebuilt them.

List of stuff taken care of
- Cooling system
- New Oil pan and gasket
- Exhaust system (Headers, New OEM Tailpipe)
- Carb Rebuild
- TRE's and Gearbox
- Front axle rebuild with Koyo bearings
- Front and Rar Brakes
- Brake fluid flush
- Clutch master and slave cylinder
- Diff fluid and Transmission/Transfer
- New OME Medium suspension with Bilstein Shocks
- Rear C-Channels replaced and rear Crossmember
- New OEM rear bumper
- Battery was replaced about 6 months ago
- 5 New BFG KO2's 33x10.5
- Frame was coated in POR15 when I did all of the suspension and steering work
- New front seats
- Bluetooth head unit with new speakers
- Alternator replaced with FJ62 80 amp alternator
- Quadratec center console
- IPF headlight harness and headlight, IPF fog lights added
- A/C blows super cold, all fan speeds work
- New Choke cable
- Speedometer Calibrated for bigger tire size

I'm probably missing something. I have all of the receipts showing what has been done. This 60 is desmogged, but I do have most of the parts to make it smog legal again. Also included are 3 rust free doors and 3-4 boxes full of parts that I have laying around. The front seats are also included.

Cons
- There is some rust, not the worst I've seen, but there is some rust in the typical areas. Roof and frame are spotless.
- Power Steering pump just recently started leaking, not a huge deal, but letting everyone know
- Timing cover will need to betaken care of at some point. Have the parts to do the job

Overall its a great runner. Not a show vehicle by any means. I've driven this 60 to CO and NM numerous times and it has not let me down. It'd be great to keep it in the MUD community, lots of life left in it.

Starting price: $9,500
I am open to offers, this is by no means a set number. Cash helps.

Dixon, hate to see you get out of the 60. Are you done at Tech? GLWTS

I have one more semester to go. Odds are I’ll be moving out of Lubbock and I just don’t think it will be feasible for me to take the 60 with me. Bummed about selling. I’ll be in another 60 as soon as I’m more settled in!

Rolled into Iowa last night. With all the flooding in the Central Plains and Midwest meaning lots of detours, and only taking 2 lane backroads, (old school road atlas comes in very handy) we got to know each other spending about 27 hours behind the wheel. She ran like a champ and got to see some sweet Americana. It's why we love Cruisers! Thanks Dixon, solid rig, you did a nice job with this one. Nice to meet you and I will take good care of the old girl....think I'll name her Mildred, the ol'blue hair.
