Like the ad says.....

4 door station wagon, a touch of rust above the rear fender wells, driver's door is dented.

Originally a canadian rig - so has the 5 speed transmission.

We started putting a low miles used 14BT in it, customer ran out of money, and it has sat for a while.

CAR DOES NOT RUN. it is a project. It has the engine sitting in the engine bay, cluch is figured out.

Needs radiator, hoses, wiring, converted to 12 volt, etc.

Asking 6950 for the whole rig, FOB Boise Idaho.

the rig was originally a diesel.

it is still a diesel.

For emissions purposes, would the average inspector be able to figure out an engine swap happened? If they did, would it affect how it is tested?

How much money and time do you think it would take to get it running?
Pictures would help.
How long has it been sitting up?

It has been sitting for probably 5 years, engine a bit longer.

The engine was treated with preservative when they pulled it - it turns over fine, and we know the engine is good.

The car has been sitting for at least the same length of time.

One way to look at it.
The coolest diesel transplant engine possible. There is no engine better for the swap. This is 140 horsepower. No adapter plate needed. All toyota.

5 speed transmission for 1500 bucks, with brand new clutch. Are there any 5 speeds available anywhere for less money?

And a free FJ60.

Pics available via PM.

Might be interested in that engine and tranny.

Pm me for pictures, and I'll send you a link.

Engine is available, as is trans, as is chassis.
