Hi!
I know that there are a million differnt things that change the value of the 60. However, a few years ago, I had a swap done at Red Line Landcruisers to their Holley EFI - which included an updated cam - this change was supposed to add another 50 horse power at the rear wheels (I think). But, that also required the vehicle to be desmogged. So, just wondering if this change was an increase in the value, a decrease, or essentialy a wash (probably not able to be sold in CA with smog restrictions - vehicle is in IL but was originally a southwest truck - so frame is just about perfect). .

I may be listing this for sale soon - it has a bunch of other stuff that has been done to it as well (engine rebuild, OME 3inch lift, 5sp manual, new paint) but it has some issues (cracked dash, most likely a salvage title due to a hail event that happened before I had it painted - it was in the same shop where they were doing the other rebuild work when it was hit. Nothing major, just on the roof and some of the trim - but at the time, before all of the work was done, it was only valued as a 86 LC with 140k miles on it - so it didn't take much to total it out).

All of this work was done in 2018 - and if I've put 3,000 miles on it, that's about it.

So...thoughts?

It all depends on who's buying it and what they want, but in general stock original trucks are always more valuable than modified trucks, in my experience.
