Up for sale: My 1985 FJ60. Good clean 1985 FJ60 that runs and drives great. A little bit of rust but not bad. It just turned over 200K miles a few days ago. I have been driving this for a couple of months as a daily driver. I bought it to be my daily driver as I needed something while my FJ45 was down. I no longer need it so it is up for sale. I bought it in Colorado and just moved to Utah. THIS IS NOT A RUSTED OUT UTAH FJ60 It has only been in Utah for about 6 weeks.
The rust is isolated to the rear 1/4 panels where the mud flaps are. The rest of the body is in decent condition. The paint on the roof and hood is a little faded. There is not a spot of rust in the rear tailgate or lift hatch. The PO tried his hand at some body work on the PS front door. He filled with bondo but did not sand. Kind of odd and should be redone or finished.
The front dash is perfect: not a crack. The driver's seat is in good condition with no rips or tears. The interior is in really good condition.
The 2F is very strong with only 200K miles. It starts right up and drives very well. It does have a smog pump eliminator kit. A replacement smog pump could be reinstalled if needed for emissions.
Decent tread on 31X10.50 BFG AT's.
