so you are looking for a 1984 model? as far as I know 1984 is the only year with the 22R. 1985-1989 has the 22RE
Are you only interested in stock? I've got a built 87 4runner, clean/no rust 1st gen for sale. 5 speed w/locker.

Are you still in the market for a 1st gen? I have a pretty nice 87 SR5 with the 22re and 5 speed. Been thinking of selling... its red with grey interior. 267k but it runs good and passed smog no problems last year. Im in Templeton up near Paso Robles.
